Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your collectible souvenirs. Our policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at [PLACEHOLDER_EMAIL] within that 14-day window.

2. Returning the Goods

Once you have notified us of your intent to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to our facility in Germany. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty.

3. Important Exclusions (Sealed Goods)

PLEASE NOTE: Under Regulation 28(3)(e), the right to cancel is lost for goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery.

Cannabis seeds are sensitive biological products. To ensure genetic integrity and prevent contamination, we cannot accept returns for any seeds where the original tamper-evident breeder seal has been broken. Unsealing these products diminishes their resale value to zero.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your collectible arrives physically damaged (e.g., crushed during transit), you have 30 days to request a replacement or refund. Please provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
