§ 1 Legality of Cannabis Seeds

1. Cannabis seeds (Cannabis sativa L.) are not intoxicating substances within the meaning of the Polish Act of July 29, 2005, on counteracting drug addiction (art. 4 point 37). Their trade and possession are completely legal in Poland.
2. Products are sold exclusively as collectible souvenirs for the purpose of preserving the species' genetics.

§ 2 Cultivation Prohibition

1. Warning: Germination and cultivation of cannabis other than fiber hemp is illegal in Poland without obtaining the appropriate permits from state authorities, and violation of this law may result in criminal liability.
2. Weedo Lifestyle & Media GmbH is not responsible for the use of purchased products contrary to Polish law. We reserve the right to refuse order fulfillment if we suspect that the seeds will be used for cultivation in a country where it is illegal.

§ 3 Intellectual Property

All product descriptions, graphics, and brand names are the property of Weedo Lifestyle & Media GmbH or its partners, and copying them without permission is prohibited under legal penalty.

§ 4 International Responsibility

Customers ordering products to other countries are obliged to independently check local legal regulations. The seller is not responsible for any customs confiscations.
